He is director of study programs at the London Health School and director of the US Profiling Institute. He is a regular member of the Serbian Royal Academy of Sciences and Arts and a regular member of the International Association of Academics in Management. He also received two honorary doctorates in psychology and art.

For more than 20 years, he has had a private practice in the field of psychotherapy (transactional analysis and reality therapy) and for more than 20 years he has been solving various crisis situations in companies, families and government organizations, where the

cause is the human factor. He is the author of more than 400 books in the field of relationships and leadership. In 2021, he was nominated for the Nobel Prize in Economics. He was nominated on the topic of new economics based on natural psychology.
