Contacting Us

If you contact us via the form on the website or via email, your data will be stored for six months for the purpose of processing inquiries and in case of further questions. We will not share your data with third parties without your consent.

Data Storage

Please note that for the purpose of easier purchase process and contract execution, the seller stores user IP data, as well as the name, address, credit card number, etc., within cookies. Furthermore, for contract execution, we store the following customer data:

The data we collect from you is necessary for the performance of the contract or pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we cannot conclude a contract with you. Data transfer to third parties will not be executed, except for the transfer of credit card data to the competent bank for payment charging purposes, to the delivery or shipping company for the purpose of product delivery, as well as to our tax advisor for the fulfillment of our tax obligations. Another exception is the transfer of data to IT companies for the purpose of developing marketing strategies. IP addresses are pseudonymized to the extent that precise localization of the user’s address is no longer possible, thus ensuring maximum protection of user privacy.

Upon completion of the purchasing process, data stored for this purpose will be deleted. Data processing is carried out based on legal regulations.

Data Retention Period

We keep your data for as long as it is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. Personal data collected for the fulfillment of contractual obligations is kept until the complete execution of the contract. Tax data from the contractual relationship is stored until the expiry of the retention period for tax data (7 years). Personal data protecting the legitimate interests of the seller are stored until the purpose for which they are used is fully achieved. Furthermore, the storage of personal data for a longer period is permitted only if the user has consented to it and has not revoked it in the meantime. Longer storage of this data is also permitted if the seller must comply with a legal obligation or an order from the authorities. After the expiry of the retention period, personal data will be deleted. The right to access, delete, correct, and transfer data can no longer be exercised from that date.

 Your data is partially processed outside the EU or the EEA, namely in the USA, in accordance with the EU-US Privacy Shield protocol based on the European Commission’s adequacy decision.

We use cookies to make it easier for our customers to use our website. Some cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. They enable us to recognize your browser on your next visit. For web analytics purposes, our website uses the services of Google Analytics provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043. Data is processed and stored in the USA, in accordance with the EU-US Privacy Shield protocol. Cookies that allow the analysis of website usage are used for this purpose. The generated information is transmitted to the seller’s server and stored there. You can prevent cookies from being stored by adjusting your browser settings accordingly. We have concluded an appropriate data processing agreement with the service provider. When using IP addresses based on “legitimate interest” (e.g., seller’s market analysis), your IP address will be collected but pseudonymized (e.g., by deleting the last 8 bits). As a result, precise localization of the IP address is not possible, thus ensuring user privacy. Data processing is carried out based on legal regulations. Data usage based on “legitimate interest” is carried out solely for the purpose of improving our offer and website. User data is stored for a period of 26 months.

Newsletter

You can subscribe to our newsletter on our website. For this, we need your email address and your statement that you agree to receive the newsletter. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. You can unsubscribe by sending a message to the following email address: info@aurora-bloom.eu . Your data associated with the newsletter subscription will then be deleted.
