Delivery Terms
Delivery is carried out throughout the territory of the Republic of Croatia in cooperation with GLS.
Shipments are delivered within 24 to 48 hours from the moment of receiving the order, except on weekends, holidays, or public holidays. Exceptionally, in case of extraordinary circumstances, the delivery time may be extended, but the maximum delivery period in that case is 5 working days. Please ensure the accuracy of all data entry during purchase, especially the contact number and email address, so that Garica d.o.o. or the courier delivery service can contact you if necessary.
The delivery cost is 4.5 EUR per shipment, while the cash on delivery payment option incurs an additional 1.5 EUR . If you order products worth 100 EUR or more, the delivery is free of charge.
You will be informed about the delivery date via email, and you will be contacted by the courier delivery service on the day of delivery. If the specified time is not suitable for you, it is possible to arrange another delivery time, which is communicated with the delivery service through the instructions received in the email.
If you are not available at the delivery address at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a notice of the shipment arrival with all the necessary shipment details (shipment number, customer service contact number, time of attempted delivery, etc.). You can contact the provided customer service number within 5 days to arrange a redelivery, or a redelivery will be attempted, depending on the delivery service.
If you fail to pick up the goods on time after receiving the shipment arrival notice, and if you received the notice properly, you will bear all the costs of returning the goods to Sirius Dynamic d.o.o. and re-sending the goods, for which you will be issued an invoice that must be paid before resending the goods.
The ordered goods will be packaged in a way that ordinary handling in transport cannot damage them. The customer is obliged to check for any damages when receiving the ordered goods and immediately report them to the delivery worker who delivered the goods and refuse to accept the delivered goods with visible external damages. The verification of the order’s correctness depends on the customer, and subsequent complaints will not be accepted.
