He is full professor of personality psychology at the ASEAN International University, associate professor of public management at the European Peace Center, UN Peace University and visiting professor of psychology at the Universities of Barcelona, Valencia, Bologna and Coimbra. He is Director of Study Programs at the London Health School https://londonhs.com/ and Director of the US Profiling Institute. Full member of the Serbian Royal Academy of Sciences and Arts, full member of the International Association of Academics in Management, member of the American Psychological Association and member of the European Polygraph Society. He also received two honorary doctorates in psychology and art.
For more than 20 years, he has had a private practice in the field of psychotherapy (transactional analysis and reality therapy), and in addition, he solves various crisis situations in companies, families and government organizations, where the cause is the human factor. He is the author of more than 400 books on relationships and leadership. In 2021, he was nominated for the Nobel Prize in Economics, on the topic of a new economics based on natural psychology.
